If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Where a dispute relates to game outcomes, decisions of ff77's technical review team — informed by game server logs and applicable game rules — shall be final and binding, subject to PAGCOR's oversight mechanisms for licensed operators.
